Frequently asked questions

Our return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@promptandparcel.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you are unhappy with the quality, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygienic purposes certain types of items cannot be returned. Those include perishable goods (such as food, plants, flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Sometimes taking up to 7-10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

Our shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). You will receive an email confirmation initially upon placing an order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number.  

Occasional shipping delays may occur as high seasonal volumes increase with our carriers. Although it is our goal is to provide timely and reliable service, sometimes these external circumstances are outside of our control. 

domestic shipping 

We offer domestic shipping within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please select the level of service and estimated shipping window that best suits your needs.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders exceeding $100 within Canada.

how do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of the estimated tracking arrival date, please contact us at hello@promptandparcel.ca.  We would be happy to look into your order once we have the details of your name and order number.

shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you have included a mailing address to avoid any inconvenience.

Our community support policy

We are all connected, and we understand how important it is for businesses to support the local, regional, and global communities we all rely upon.
